Who does the REACH Center serve?
The REACH Center provides career, education and life skills development services for all youth and young adults, ages 16-24, in the Tacoma/Pierce County area.
I want to take advantage of The REACH Center’s resources. Where do I start?
The most important thing you can do to utilize our resources is to come in for a visit. We have talented and helpful staff that will meet with you to determine your goals and needs, and get you started on your path to achieving them. We have an intake form that we ask all participants to fill out when they visit for the first time, which helps us to better understand your needs and determine what opportunities are available to you. We look forward to seeing you soon. Our address is 714 South 27th Street, Tacoma, WA.
I need to find a job. How can The REACH Center help me?
Employment opportunities at the REACH Center can be easily accessed through our Resource Room. The Resource Room is free and open for public use for young adults ages 16-24. There are computers, current job listings, and apprenticeship opportunities available along with a supportive staff that can help you navigate your job search, build your resume, and figure out next steps. Stop by today to discover new job postings and learn more about our ongoing programs!
